DRIVENETS, has an immediate opening for a Technical Recruiter to join HR team. The Technical Recruiter will be a key member of this high performing team, will source and recruit talented engineers into the DRIVENETS organization. The Technical Recruiter will identify and attract hard to find Top Talent who meet the needs of our business. The primary focus will be supporting software, and test engineering teams in the Ra’anana Office
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Experienced Sourcing Ninja to recruit qualified candidates utilizing the internet, databases, social media and personal network
· Proven experience working and partnering with hiring managers, co-workers and applicants
· In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other web-based candidate sourcing techniques.
· Diagnostic capabilities- must
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in change environment
· Ability to work independently and with team
· Proficient in English
· 4 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience; at least 2 years from high-tech organization
· BA or BS degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience, MA-Advantage
