Senior Account Executive

This is a remote position, requires 60% of the time on-site at customer’s 

We are looking for a Sr. Account Executive to work closely with our largest accounts in the US. The ideal candidate has worked on major CSP accounts and can manage large scale projects in New Jersey and/or Dallas.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle until securing a deal
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Present products to prospective teams in the organization
  • Oversee post-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Maintain frequent contact with account executives and officers and understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to preserve customer satisfaction and DRIVENETS reputation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience as Account Executive for major accounts, or in other sales/customer service roles
  • Vast knowledge and experience in the CSP market, sales and negotiation
  • Proven ability of building business relationships
  • Great organizational and time-management skills
  • Business-oriented
  • Enthusiastic and passionate individual
  • BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
